Retailers asked for a more reliable way to keep product specifications aligned with their storefronts. Until now only a small set of core fields was synced, which meant important updates to specifications or logistics data did not reach Shopify or WooCommerce.
We have introduced full real time synchronisation of product attributes for both platforms. All operational metafields are now kept up to date automatically, including pot size, dimensions, weight, supplier information, product code, EAN, category code, product type, Mix and Match support, card support, sticker support, cost price, logistics costs, stock related data, and delivery times. Titles and descriptions remain unchanged, so your own branding stays intact.
This update ensures that specification fields in Shopify and WooCommerce always reflect the latest product data without manual intervention. For retailers who rely on automation, this provides a more stable foundation for pricing rules, merchandising, and content workflows.
Retailers needed something better than the oversized export that combined every column into a single unwieldy file. Many customers struggled to manage content, pricing, and logistics because everything was mixed together.
We rebuilt the export experience so it works the way retailers actually operate. For every supported country there are now two purpose built feeds. One delivers clean marketing content with translations and high quality images. The other focuses on price and logistics with accurate stock data, delivery times, and country specific shipping costs. Each feed contains only what is needed for its task so data is easier to handle and faster to process.
The export page now features clear section titles, concise descriptions, and explicit labels. Customers can immediately see which file to choose whether they want to prepare localized content or calculate prices for a specific market. This update brings a more focused, modern, and professional export workflow to the Retail Portal.
Retailers can now download all eWallet top up transactions as a CSV file directly from the eWallet page in the retail portal. This gives customers a simple way to access their full transaction history without relying on support.
The export provides a complete all time dataset for internal reporting or reconciliation.
You can now offer personalized greeting cards directly in your webshop. Customers can add a custom message of up to 230 characters, which our suppliers handwrite and include with the order. This creates a simple, thoughtful upsell that helps drive additional revenue.
The Greeting Card module works with both Shopify and WooCommerce. It gives you a straightforward way to position your store for gifting occasions and add a personal touch to any purchase. You can enable the module from your theme settings and manage all configuration through the app. Once activated, the greeting card appears as an add on on supported product pages and is shown clearly in the cart.

We updated our address handling so house numbers from France and Spain are now parsed and validated correctly. This prevents failed checkouts and ensures that orders flow reliably from Shopify to Everspring.
French and Spanish customers can now enter their address in the format commonly used in their country, and Shopify will pass the data to Everspring without manual correction.
